A simple post to say I found a wonderful quote that sums up how I feel about life today and, definitely, in the future.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, drink in one hand, spliff in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride !" (anon)
I know I used to do it. I know I can do it again, or I'll die trying that's for sure !!!
